# Agentic Engineering Consulting

> Production AI agents for companies in Europe and the United States. The 30-Day Agent: one AI agent live in your business within 30 days of kickoff, or you don't pay for Phase 1. From €2,500.

## The 30-Day Agent

- **One production AI agent, built for one job.** It answers, books, calls or drafts inside the tools you already use: your inbox, calendar, CRM, booking system or phone line.
- **A person stays in charge.** The agent works inside rules we agree in writing. Anything outside them goes to your team first.

### Included with it

- **A full AI audit of your business.** 5 to 7 automations ranked by hours saved and a 90-day roadmap, so the first agent is the one that pays back fastest.
- **30 days of agent care after go-live.** We watch its runs, fix what breaks and tune it on your real cases.
- **You own all of it.** Code, prompts and accounts in your company's name. No lock-in.
- **Your AI Act and GDPR record.** A plain-language record of what the agent does, which data it touches and who checks its work.

## The guarantee

Live in 30 days, or you don't pay. If your agent is not doing the job we agreed, in production, within 30 days of kickoff, you don't pay the Phase 1 fee. The 30 days start once we have the access we asked for at kickoff.

## Price

From €2,500. Fixed price, agreed before we start. We start 3 builds a month. Henry Vantieghem leads every build himself, so the number stays small.

## Why it works

- **The outcome.** One job off your team's plate, done every working day, in your tone and inside your rules.
- **The proof.** Our agents already work for a hospitality group near Bruges, a law firm in Miami and New York, a Bruges brewery and a Brussels IT consultancy.
- **The speed.** 30 days from kickoff to live, guaranteed.
- **Your effort.** About three hours of your time: a 45-minute kickoff, one review and a sign-off. We do the rest.

## How it works

- **Day 1, Kickoff.** 45 minutes. We agree the one job, the rules, and what live means, in writing.
- **Days 2 to 20, Build.** We build on your real cases, inside your tools, and test it against last month's work.
- **Days 21 to 29, Supervised run.** The agent works live. Your team approves anything it is unsure about.
- **Day 30, Live, or you don't pay.** You sign off on a working agent, or Phase 1 costs you nothing.

## Who it is for

- A job eats at least 5 hours of your team's week, and you can explain its rules.
- You can invest from €2,500 and start within three months.
- You want a person to stay in charge of anything unusual.
- Your team works in email, a calendar, a CRM, a booking system or on the phone.

## Who it is not for

- You want a website chatbot and nothing more.
- You need the cheapest build you can find.
- You want an agent making judgment calls with nobody checking.

## Three ways to put agents to work.

Start with one job, hand over your CEO jobs, or have a full team set up and run. Every build starts with a call, and Phase 1 is live in 30 days or you don't pay for it.

### Personal CEO Agent

One agent that runs your CEO jobs every day, across all the tools you already use. An owner or executive who wants the day's admin done before they sit down.

**What it does each morning**

- **Sorts the overnight mail.** It reads every inbox you connect and sorts it into reply today, wait and ignore. It drafts the replies in your voice and leaves them for you to approve.
- **Briefs you on every meeting.** It reads your calendar and writes one page per meeting: who it is, what was said last time and what to ask.
- **Pulls the numbers you watch.** It collects the figures you follow from your CRM, sheets and documents onto one page, so every day starts from the same view.
- **Chases what went quiet.** It spots threads waiting on someone and queues the follow-up as a draft.
- **Remembers what you corrected.** Your corrections and decisions go into its memory, so tomorrow's run starts from them.

Proof: We run our own days on this. One routine every morning covers revenue, two inboxes, the health of client systems, reply drafts and an intelligence brief. It runs on our own harness, the same one behind our own companies.

Price in words: Scoped on the call and fixed in writing before we start. Phase 1 builds start from €2,500.

### Job automation agents

One agent per job, built and sold one at a time. Start with the job that costs you the most hours. A team where one job eats at least 5 hours a week and its rules can be written down.

**The jobs, in the order our delivery record is strongest**

- **Inbox triage.** It reads new mail and booking requests, answers the routine ones inside your rules and hands the rest to a person. A hospitality group near Bruges: a backlog of about 40 booking emails cleared in one day.
- **Follow-up and scheduling.** It drafts the follow-up after every call and offers times. It books only after a person approves. A law firm's scheduling assistant books only after a person approves.
- **Reporting.** It builds the morning brief and the weekly numbers from your own systems. A law firm gets a morning brief, and a Bruges brewery has sales and statistics dashboards its agents keep.
- **Research.** It reads your documents and the web, then answers with its sources. A law firm searches its document library read-only, and an IT consultancy's recruiters use a sourcing tool to find and qualify talent.
- **Outreach.** It finds and verifies leads, then drafts the first message for a person to approve. Our own cybersecurity company runs its outbound on agents that source, verify and contact leads every day.

Proof: about 40 booking emails cleared in one day. A hospitality group near Bruges, one inbox agent, a backlog from before it went live.

Price in words: Each job is its own build: one agent, one job, a fixed price from €2,500 agreed before we start.

### Agent Enterprise

A full team of agents, set up and run for your company. A company that wants several jobs automated together, with a team accountable for keeping them running.

**What the team does each morning**

- **Clears the overnight inbox.** The inbox agent answers what the rules allow and routes the rest to the right person.
- **Watches for what cannot wait.** A watcher reads the inbox every 30 minutes and raises an alarm on payment-change requests.
- **Books the day.** The scheduling agent proposes times and books only after a person approves.
- **Posts the brief.** The reporting agent posts the morning brief where your team already works, such as its own Slack.
- **Gets checked and tuned.** We watch every run, fix what breaks and tune the agents on your real cases.

Proof: 6 agents live in the first phase. An IT consultancy in Brussels. A law firm runs four scheduled jobs in its own Slack, with five more built and waiting on its go.

Price in words: Build-out is €5,000 to €15,000 for the full agent team around your workflow, then a monthly care plan sized to the system.

## What our agents do today

Every result comes from the delivery record.

### De Blauwe Zaal group: Mérula Wines and De Lamme Goedzak

Hospitality and tourism, Damme, near Bruges. Status: Live in production.

- Problem: Boat and wine-tour bookings arrived by email and through GetYourGuide, and staff typed every one into a spreadsheet by hand.
- Built: A reservation and correspondence agent on an EU server. The boat lane answers guests, books straight into the live booking workbook and sends on its own between 08:00 and 20:00. The wine lane drafts every reply for a person to approve.
- Result: A backlog of about 40 booking emails cleared in one day, every GetYourGuide booking entered, and a duplicate-booking check that runs every five minutes.

### SD Worx

Payroll and HR services, Belgium. Status: Pilot.

- Problem: Sales reps called warm small-business leads one by one to set appointments.
- Built: Five Flemish-speaking voice agents on a shared knowledge base, a call scheduler that runs on Brussels time, and a call-intelligence dashboard for the sales team.
- Result: The step-by-step call flow passed 11 of 12 simulated calls, against 9 of 12 for a prompt-only agent on the same scenarios.

### NEXT Legal PLLC

Cross-border transactional law, Miami and New York. Status: Live in production.

- Problem: Twenty years of deal knowledge sat in people's heads and inboxes, and booking a lawyer took rounds of back and forth.
- Built: An agent team inside the firm's own Slack, running on a firm machine: read-only search over the document library, a morning brief, and a scheduling assistant that books only after a person approves.
- Result: Four scheduled jobs live, including an inbox watch every 30 minutes that raises an alarm on payment-change requests. Five more are built and waiting on the firm's go.

### SYBA.IO

Cybersecurity, Europe and the US. Status: Live in production.

- Problem: Small-business staff click lookalike domains and phishing links before anyone can warn them.
- Built: Our own company, run on our own agents: the SYBA Shield Chrome extension, the consumer security platform, and the outbound engine that sources, verifies and contacts leads every day.
- Result: SYBA Shield is published on the Chrome Web Store, and the platform has taken consumer payments since August 2026.

### Brouwerij De Halve Maan

Family brewery, Bruges. Status: Live in production.

- Problem: Customer, sales and social data for the brewery's hospitality accounts lived in separate places.
- Built: An agent-maintained CRM with a sales dashboard, a statistics dashboard and a social content factory for the brewery's beers.
- Result: All 738 hospitality accounts in one CRM, enriched to full coverage.

### Capyx

IT consultancy, Brussels. Status: Live in production.

- Problem: Finding assignments and sourcing consultants was manual work for the recruiters.
- Built: Six agents in a first phase, including a sourcing tool the recruiters use to find and qualify talent.
- Result: Six agents shipped and live in phase one.

### Mera-Claeys

Vending and coffee, Belgium. Status: Delivered.

- Problem: A fast-growing distributor running 2,000 machines with no IT staff.
- Built: An AI opportunity pack of seven documents, plus working prototypes for anomaly detection and inventory prediction on the machine data.
- Result: Seven-document plan and two working prototypes handed over.

### mawyc insurance

Insurance broker, Belgium. Status: Delivered.

- Problem: A regulated broker wanted to use Claude in daily work without putting client data at risk.
- Built: A follow-up briefing on safe use and a set of Claude skill bundles for the broker's daily work.
- Result: Briefing and skill bundles delivered to the team.

## The companies we run on our own agents

### SYBA.IO

Our cybersecurity company for small businesses in Europe and the United States.

- One ship standard for all of them: iOS 17 and up, Swift 6 and an offline mode.

## Questions

### What if the agent isn't live in 30 days?

Then you don't pay the Phase 1 fee. We agree the job and what live means in writing at kickoff, so nobody argues later about whether it worked.

### What counts as live?

The agent handles real work in your business, every working day, under the rules we agreed. A demo or a test run does not count.

### What do you need from us?

Access to the tools the job runs in, one person who knows the work, and about three hours of your time over the month.

### Who owns the agent?

You do. The code, the prompts and the accounts are in your company's name, and we hand everything over at go-live.

### Is our data safe?

We design for GDPR and the EU AI Act from the first line. You get a written record of what the agent does, which data it touches and who checks its work.

### What happens after the 30 days?

The first 30 days of agent care are included. After that you can keep us on a monthly care plan, build out the rest of the workflow, or run it yourself.

### What if Henry is away?

Nicholas Vantieghem, our Head of Operations, is trained to make every fix and update Henry makes. Your agent's care does not stop when one person is out.

### Who is the contract with?

Agentic Engineering Consulting LLC, a Delaware company formed on 29 September 2026. The price is fixed in writing before we start.

### Why only 3 builds a month?

Henry Vantieghem leads every build himself, with his own agent team doing the engineering. Keeping the number small is how each one ships on time.

## What buyers ask about AI agents

### What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses a language model to do a job step by step, using the tools a person would use, such as email, a calendar or a CRM. A chatbot answers a question. An agent does the work and reports what it did. More: https://agenticengineeringconsulting.com/wiki/what-is-an-ai-agent

### How is an AI agent different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers what you type, then waits. An agent is given a standing job, connects to your tools, works through the job on a schedule and hands anything unusual to a person. More: https://agenticengineeringconsulting.com/wiki/what-is-an-ai-agent

### What jobs can an AI agent do in a company?

Jobs in our delivery record include inbox triage, follow-up and scheduling, reporting, research and outreach. A good first job repeats daily, follows rules you can write down and is easy for a person to check. More: https://agenticengineeringconsulting.com/wiki/job-automation-agents

### What is a Personal CEO Agent?

A Personal CEO Agent runs an executive's recurring jobs every day across their mail, calendar, CRM and documents. It sorts the inbox, drafts replies, briefs each meeting and chases follow-ups, and it keeps a memory of your corrections. Anything outside the rules you agreed goes to you first. More: https://agenticengineeringconsulting.com/wiki/personal-ceo-agent

### What is an Agent Enterprise?

An Agent Enterprise is a full team of AI agents set up and run for a company. Several jobs work together, a person is accountable for each one, and our team watches the runs and tunes the agents. More: https://agenticengineeringconsulting.com/wiki/agent-enterprise

### How much does an AI agent cost?

Every build starts with Phase 1: one agent, one job, a fixed price from €2,500 agreed in writing before we start. A full agent team around a workflow is €5,000 to €15,000, and monthly agent care is sized to the system. More: https://agenticengineeringconsulting.com/wiki/ai-agent-pricing
