What the site offers

• Information about our AI agent consulting work.
• An application form (/apply) for a build slot.
• A free AI audit (/audit) that reads a website you enter and writes a report.
• Accounts for clients and students (/signin).

Paid work is covered by its own agreement

Consulting engagements, including Phase 1 and the 30-day guarantee, are governed by the written proposal or agreement you sign for that engagement. If it conflicts with anything on this site, the signed agreement wins. Applying through the form does not create an engagement or a promise that we will accept you.

The free AI audit

• The audit is produced by an AI model from the public text of the website you enter. It is a starting point for a conversation, not professional, legal, financial or security advice.
• Hours-saved figures are estimates. Each one states its assumption, and your results will differ.
• Only enter a website you own or have permission to submit. Do not use the audit to scan, probe or overload anyone's site.
• We may limit or refuse audits to keep the service available for everyone.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is abused or used to attack the service.

Acceptable use

• No attempt to break, probe or overload the site or its forms.
• No automated submission of forms, other than by a person acting in good faith.
• No uploading or entering of content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property

The site, its text, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You own the information you give us and your audit report. You give us permission to use what you submit only to run the service, reply to you and improve our own processes, as described in the privacy policy.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site and the free audit are provided as they are, without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss from relying on the free audit, which is offered at no charge. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not control, such as Google Calendar, Stripe and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
