Who we are

Agentic Engineering Consulting LLC ("we", "us") runs agenticengineeringconsulting.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at henryvantieghem@agenticengineeringconsultingllc.com.

What we collect, and why

• Application (/apply): your name, email, company, website and role if you give them, plus the answers about company size, the first job you want automated, hours per week, budget, timeline and who decides. We use them to judge fit and to reply. You tick a consent box before anything is sent.
• Free AI audit (/audit): the email and password you use to create an account (we store the password as a hash, never in clear text), the website address you enter, and, if you give them, your company name and what slows you down. We use them to write your audit and show it to you.
• Sign-in: a first-party session cookie that keeps you signed in, set only when you sign in or create an account. It is not used for tracking.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to rate-limit requests and keep the forms from being abused, and the standard server logs our host keeps.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep the message and our reply.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not run advertising or analytics scripts on the public pages, and we set no advertising cookies.
• We do not use your application answers or your email to train AI models.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs for the job described.

• Netlify hosts the site and stores applications, accounts and audit reports.
• OpenRouter, and the model provider behind it (Google Gemini), write the AI audit. They receive the text of the website you entered, public web results about that business, and your company name and the pain points you typed. They do not receive your email address or password.
• Resend sends us an internal alert when a new audit is requested. The alert contains your email, website, company and pain points, and goes to us, not to you.
• Google Calendar's appointment page handles call booking when you choose to book a call.
• Stripe handles card payments through its own payment pages. We never see your card number.
• YouTube serves the video embedded on some pages, in its privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you play the video.

Our X (Twitter) integration

We use the X API from our own X account to read and bookmark public posts for market research. We do not collect X account data from visitors to this site, and this site has no "sign in with X" button.

How long we keep it

We keep applications, audit reports and accounts until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to run the service or to follow the law. Server logs are kept by our host for a short, standard period.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop using it for a purpose you object to. Email henryvantieghem@agenticengineeringconsultingllc.com from the address you used and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Where your data goes

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you want to know which safeguards apply to a particular provider, email henryvantieghem@agenticengineeringconsultingllc.com.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we update the date at the top. If we start using your data for something new, we ask you first.
