  1. De Blauwe Zaal group: Mérula Wines and De Lamme Goedzak

    Hospitality and tourism, Damme, near Bruges

    The problem
    Boat and wine-tour bookings arrived by email and through GetYourGuide, and staff typed every one into a spreadsheet by hand.
    What we built
    A reservation and correspondence agent on an EU server. The boat lane answers guests, books straight into the live booking workbook and sends on its own between 08:00 and 20:00. The wine lane drafts every reply for a person to approve.
    Result
    A backlog of about 40 booking emails cleared in one day, every GetYourGuide booking entered, and a duplicate-booking check that runs every five minutes.

  2. SD Worx

    Payroll and HR services, Belgium

    Pilot

    The problem
    Sales reps called warm small-business leads one by one to set appointments.
    What we built
    Five Flemish-speaking voice agents on a shared knowledge base, a call scheduler that runs on Brussels time, and a call-intelligence dashboard for the sales team.
    Result
    The step-by-step call flow passed 11 of 12 simulated calls, against 9 of 12 for a prompt-only agent on the same scenarios.

  3. NEXT Legal PLLC

    The problem
    Twenty years of deal knowledge sat in people's heads and inboxes, and booking a lawyer took rounds of back and forth.
    What we built
    An agent team inside the firm's own Slack, running on a firm machine: read-only search over the document library, a morning brief, and a scheduling assistant that books only after a person approves.
    Result
    Four scheduled jobs live, including an inbox watch every 30 minutes that raises an alarm on payment-change requests. Five more are built and waiting on the firm's go.

  4. SYBA.IO

    Cybersecurity, Europe and the US

    The problem
    Small-business staff click lookalike domains and phishing links before anyone can warn them.
    What we built
    Our own company, run on our own agents: the SYBA Shield Chrome extension, the consumer security platform, and the outbound engine that sources, verifies and contacts leads every day.
    Result
    SYBA Shield is published on the Chrome Web Store, and the platform has taken consumer payments since August 2026.

  5. Brouwerij De Halve Maan

    Family brewery, Bruges

    The problem
    Customer, sales and social data for the brewery's hospitality accounts lived in separate places.
    What we built
    An agent-maintained CRM with a sales dashboard, a statistics dashboard and a social content factory for the brewery's beers.
    Result
    All 738 hospitality accounts in one CRM, enriched to full coverage.

  6. Capyx

    IT consultancy, Brussels

    The problem
    Finding assignments and sourcing consultants was manual work for the recruiters.
    What we built
    Six agents in a first phase, including a sourcing tool the recruiters use to find and qualify talent.
    Result
    Six agents shipped and live in phase one.

    The problem
    A fast-growing distributor running 2,000 machines with no IT staff.
    What we built
    An AI opportunity pack of seven documents, plus working prototypes for anomaly detection and inventory prediction on the machine data.
    Result
    Seven-document plan and two working prototypes handed over.

    The problem
    A regulated broker wanted to use Claude in daily work without putting client data at risk.
    What we built
    A follow-up briefing on safe use and a set of Claude skill bundles for the broker's daily work.
