What is an Agent Enterprise?
An Agent Enterprise is a full team of AI agents set up and run for a company. Several jobs work together, a person is accountable for each one, and our team watches the runs and tunes the agents.
- Agent Enterprise
- A full team of AI agents set up and run for a company, with a person accountable for each job and the runs watched and tuned by the builder.
What the team does each morning
- Clears the overnight inbox. The inbox agent answers what the rules allow and routes the rest to the right person.
- Watches for what cannot wait. A watcher reads the inbox every 30 minutes and raises an alarm on payment-change requests.
- Books the day. The scheduling agent proposes times and books only after a person approves.
- Posts the brief. The reporting agent posts the morning brief where your team already works, such as its own Slack.
- Gets checked and tuned. We watch every run, fix what breaks and tune the agents on your real cases.
How it differs from a single job agent
A job automation agent does one job. An Agent Enterprise covers several jobs around one workflow, connected to your systems, and we run it for you after go-live.
What the delivery record shows
- An IT consultancy in Brussels: six agents live in the first phase.
- A law firm: an agent team in its own Slack with four scheduled jobs live and five more built and waiting on the firm's go.
- A payroll and HR services company in Belgium, in a pilot: five Flemish-speaking voice agents, a call scheduler and a call-intelligence dashboard.
Who stays in charge
Every agent works inside rules agreed in writing. Anything outside them goes to a named person first. See human in the loop.
How it is priced in words
Build-out is €5,000 to €15,000 for the full agent team around your workflow, then a monthly care plan sized to the system. You can book a call to scope it.
