How AI agent projects are priced
Every engagement starts with Phase 1: one agent, one job, a fixed price from €2,500 agreed in writing before work starts. If your agent is not doing the job we agreed, in production, within 30 days of kickoff, you don't pay the Phase 1 fee. A full agent team around a workflow is €5,000 to €15,000, and monthly agent care is sized to the system.

What moves the price
The number of tools the agent works in, how many jobs it covers and how strict the approval rules are. We fix the price in writing before we start, so nothing moves after kickoff.
The guarantee
Live in 30 days, or you don't pay. The 30 days start once we have the access we asked for at kickoff.
Capacity
We start 3 builds a month. To scope yours, book a call. We agree the scope on a call and invoice from there.
