Voice AI agents for businesses that live on the phone
Never miss a customer call again.
We build and run an AI phone agent for your business. It answers every call, asks your questions, books the appointment and hands the hard ones to your team. Live in 30 days, or you don't pay.
Five short questions, about two minutes. From €2,500, fixed price agreed before we start.
- AgentThanks for calling. I’m the clinic’s AI assistant. How can I help?
- CallerI’d like to book a cleaning, ideally Thursday morning.
- AgentI have Thursday at 9:30 or 10:45. Which suits you?
- Caller9:30, please.
- AgentBooked. I’ll text you a confirmation. Can I take your name?
Slot in the calendar. Summary to the front desk.
Every missed call is a customer who called someone else.
Calls go to voicemail
Many callers who reach voicemail hang up and call the next business on their list.
New leads wait for a callback
A lead who waits until tomorrow for a callback has often talked to someone else by then.
Your team is pulled off real work
Every ring interrupts someone, and most calls are the same five questions or a booking.
Nobody answers after hours
Evenings, weekends and lunch breaks are when many customers have time to call.
What a voice agent can do for you.
We start with one job, the one that pays back fastest, and build it properly. Built on established phone and voice platforms such as Retell, Twilio and ElevenLabs, chosen per job.
A receptionist that never misses a call
Answers every call in your tone, takes messages, and puts urgent callers through to the right person.
Lead qualification
Asks your questions, scores the caller, and sends the answers to your CRM or inbox so your team calls back only the good ones.
Appointment booking
Checks your real calendar, books the slot, and sends the confirmation. It handles changes and cancellations too.
Calls back new leads in minutes
When someone fills in your form, the agent calls them within minutes, while they are still thinking about you. Only for people who asked to hear from you.
After-hours and overflow cover
Takes over when your team is busy or closed, so no call goes unanswered at 7 pm or on Sunday.
Hand-off to a person, with a summary
When a call needs a human, the agent transfers it or books a callback, and your team gets a short written summary first.
From first call to live in 30 days.
Day 1
Audit
A 45-minute kickoff. We listen to how calls work today, pick the one job for the agent, and write down the rules and what “live” means.
Days 2 to 20
Build
We set up the phone number, the voice and the script, and connect your calendar or CRM. We test it on your real call types before anyone outside hears it.
Days 21 to 29
Launch
The agent takes real calls. Your team reviews anything it is unsure about, and we listen to the calls and tune it.
Day 30 and after
Manage
You sign off on a working agent, or Phase 1 costs you nothing. The first 30 days of care are included, then a monthly care plan if you want one.
Your time: about three hours across the month, a 45-minute kickoff, one review and a sign-off. The 30 days start once we have the access we asked for at kickoff.
Built so you can trust it on the phone.
- It says it is an AI, first
- Every call opens by telling the caller they are talking to an AI assistant. In the EU this has been the law since August 2026. We do it everywhere.
- A person stays in charge
- The agent works inside rules we agree in writing. Anything outside them goes to your team with a summary.
- Outbound calls go to people who agreed
- We only call people who asked to hear from you, and we stop at the first “please stop calling”.
- You own it
- The accounts, the script and the phone number are in your company’s name. No lock-in.
A fixed price, agreed before we start.
From €2,500
for Phase 1, your first live voice agent. The price depends on the job and the systems it connects to, and you see it in writing before you commit.
Live in 30 days, or you don't pay. If your agent is not doing the job we agreed, in production, within 30 days of kickoff, you don't pay the Phase 1 fee.
Phase 1 includes
- One voice agent, built for one job and live on your phone line
- A mapping of how calls work today, so the agent starts with the job that pays back fastest
- Connection to your calendar, CRM or inbox
- A plain-language record of what the agent says, which data it touches and who checks it
- 30 days of care after go-live: we watch the calls and tune the agent
After Phase 1, if you want more
- More agents and systems
- €5,000 to €15,000. More jobs, more phone lines, outbound follow-up, connected to your systems.
- Agent care
- Monthly, sized to the system. Voices and models update and call patterns change; we keep the agent sounding right.
Questions owners ask.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The agent says so in its first sentence. That is the honest way to do it, and in the EU it is also the law. We set it up so callers can always ask for a person.
Does it sound like a robot?
Not the way phone menus do. We choose the voice with you, write the script in your tone, and test it on real calls before launch. You listen to it before it goes live.
What if it cannot answer a question?
It says so, takes a message or books a callback, and passes your team a short summary. It does not guess on things it has not been told.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Most businesses forward their existing number, or only the calls nobody picks up. We can also give the agent a new number if you prefer.
Which tools does it connect to?
Calendars such as Google and Outlook, and most CRMs and booking systems that have an open connection. We check yours at kickoff and tell you before you commit.
Which languages does it speak?
We have built Flemish-speaking voice agents. Tell us the languages your callers use, English included, and we test each one before we say yes.
What does it cost?
Phase 1 starts at €2,500, fixed in writing before we start. The phone and voice providers bill call minutes separately, and we put the expected monthly figure in your proposal so there are no surprises.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It takes the calls your team should not have to take, the repeat questions and the bookings, so they can spend their time on the work that needs a person.
What if it is not live in 30 days?
Then you do not pay the Phase 1 fee. We agree the job and what live means in writing at kickoff, so nobody argues later about whether it worked. The 30 days start once we have the access we asked for.
Let the next call be answered.
Answer five short questions. If a voice agent fits, you pick a time for a call. If not, we tell you what to do first.
